To make sure we can investigate quickly and efficiently, please follow the steps below to raise a ticket through our Help Centre.
You should contact us if you notice any of the following on Carl’s Shop:
A price looks incorrect or inconsistent
A promotion or discount you were expecting isn’t appearing
Your agreed pricing doesn’t seem to be reflected
Any other price-related issue causing concern
If something doesn’t look right, we want to know so we can fix it promptly.
How to Raise a Ticket
- Select 'Submit a Request' at the top right corner of the Help Centre
- Choose the category: 'Product & Pricing Request' and 'Pricing/Product Enquiry'. Or click HERE to get started. This helps ensure your request reaches the right team immediately.
Provide as much detail as possible, including:
- The product(s) affected
- The price displayed on Carl’s Shop
- The price you expected to see (if applicable)
- Screenshots (optional but helpful)
- Your account details
Our support team will review your request and come back to you as soon as possible.
What Happens Next?
Once your ticket is submitted you’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique ticket number. Our support team will investigate the discrepancy. If needed, we may contact you for more information.
We’ll resolve the issue or provide an explanation as quickly as we can.
