You can only have one email address linked to your Carlsberg Britvic online ordering account. This means that online orders can only be placed using a single login.
However, you can have multiple users set up on the Cockpit App, allowing other members of your team to access the app and view account information.
Adding additional Cockpit App users
If you already have access to the Cockpit App, you can add additional users by going to:
Settings → User Management
From here, you can manage and add users directly.
If you’re unable to add a user or need further assistance, please raise a support ticket by clicking “Submit a request” at the top right of the Help Centre and selecting:
Online Ordering Support > Add an additional Cockpit user

Once your request has been processed, our Online Support Team will set up the new user, and they will receive an email confirming their access.
