Whether you run a pub, bar, or restaurant, we understand how frustrating keg issues can be. A faulty keg can result in wasted product and disappointed customers, but fortunately, arranging a collection is quick and simple.

Identify the Issue

Before requesting a collection, it's helpful to identify the problem. Common keg faults include:

- Leaks or punctures

- Off-flavours or unusual odours

- Pressure issues (e.g., beer not pouring correctly)

Providing this information helps us investigate and resolve the issue faster.

How to Arrange a Collection

Click ‘Submit a request’ at the top right of your screen.

Select ‘Report an Ullage’ from the list.

Fill in the required details — you'll find everything you need on the cask or keg label.

Optionally, upload a photo of the keg to support your request.

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new and improved Bag-in-Box (BIB) design, which will be available from mid-October 2025.

This latest innovation combines enhanced structural strength, improved logistics efficiency, and sustainability, all while maintaining the same great performance and compatibility you’re used to.

Improved Box Strength

Our new BIBs are built using a higher grade of cardboard and a stronger adhesive, delivering superior structural integrity. The revised shape further enhances durability, ensuring the boxes can better withstand handling, transport, and storage.

Reduced Leakage

The new design supports vertical transportation and storage, improving box strength and significantly reducing the risk of leakage. This ensures a more reliable experience across your supply chain.

Reduced Road Miles & CO₂

Thanks to an optimised pallet configuration, we’ll now be able to fit 25% more BIBs per pallet. This means fewer pallets per delivery, fewer road miles, and a lower carbon footprint, helping us all contribute to a more sustainable future.

With more BIBs per pallet, there’s less handling required throughout the supply chain, improving overall efficiency and reducing the risk of damage during transit.

• Will the Bar Side Connector change?
  No. There is no change to the current connectors on either the BIB or the Bar Side Connector.

• Is there any price difference?
  No. There will be no change to pricing.

• Why are you changing the BIB?
  We’re enhancing the quality and performance of our packaging and ensuring it is fully recyclable, improving sustainability without compromising usability.

• When will the new boxes be available?
  Distribution of the new BIBs will begin in mid-October 2025. The transition will take place over several weeks to ensure efficiency and minimise waste.

• Can I continue using the current box alongside the new one?
  Yes. Both designs are fully compatible, and connectors remain unchanged.

• Is there any change to ordering?
  New SKUs have been created and will be automatically switched once the current stock is sold through. Simply look out for the new BIB on your next delivery.

• Which SKUs are affected?
  All Pepsi, 7UP, Tango, R. White’s, Robinsons, and Britvic BIBs are included in this update.

• How should the new BIBs be stored?
  Please store vertically and connect horizontally for best performance.

• What are the benefits?
  Enhanced structural integrity, increased box strength, reduced leakage, and improved sustainability. All designed to make your operations smoother and greener.

• Where can I view usage instructions?
  Each box will feature clear on-pack signage and updated artwork to guide you through storage and connection steps.

You have the option to request a collection for empty casks, kegs and gas cylinders.
