What happens when my account is locked?

After five unsuccessful password attempts:

• You will no longer be able to log in

• Your account remains locked until it is reset by our team

• For security reasons, the lock cannot be removed automatically

If you have a faulty keg or cask, you can report the issue to us by completing our Report an Ullage form:

To help us investigate the issue and process your request as quickly as possible, please have the keg or cask available when completing the form.

Before you start

The form will ask you for some information about the affected keg or cask. You can find the information you need on the label attached to the container.

Labels can vary depending on the product, so the information may not always appear in the same place or format.

Need help finding the right information? We've attached some annotated examples of different keg and cask labels at the bottom of this article to help you locate the details requested on the form.

Your label may look different from the examples provided. Simply enter the information available on your keg or cask.

What type of fault can I report?

Common faults include:

• Leaks or punctures
• Beer or cider not pouring correctly
• Pressure issues
• Off-flavours or unusual odours
• Product quality issues
• Other faults that mean the product cannot be sold or used

Please give us as much information as possible about the issue when completing the form. This will help us investigate and process your request more quickly.

How to report your faulty keg or cask

1. Click Submit a request at the top-right of the Help Centre.
2. Select Report an Ullage from the list.
3. Complete the required details using the information available on your keg or cask label.
4. Tell us what's wrong with the product.
5. Upload a photo if requested, or if you think it will help us identify the issue.
6. Submit your request.

You have the option to request a collection for empty casks, kegs and gas cylinders.

You'll find the option to add an empties collection to your order in the 'Categories' dropdown at the top of the online ordering page. 

Then select 'Technical Equipment' 

Just add the amount you need collecting to your basket, along with the rest of your items. 

Placed your order and forgot to add your empties? Not a problem. 

Just click 'Submit a request' at the top right of your screen and select 'Report an Empties Collection', or click HERE to get started. 

Our Customer Service Team will ensure your empties collection is added to your next delivery day. 

Please ensure all empty casks are corked and pegged before collection to prevent any residue from spilling onto our vehicles upon return.
