What to do if an item is out of stock

At Carlsberg Britvic, we understand how important it is for you to receive the products you rely on. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily unavailable due to supply constraints or increased demand. If you spot that something you usually order is out of stock and need assistance, we’re here to support you.

How to Get Assistance

If you have a query about an unavailable item, the fastest and most effective way to get help is to raise a ticket via the Help Centre.

Submitting a ticket ensures your query reaches the right team quickly, allowing us to investigate and respond with accurate information.

When raising your ticket, select the category 'Product & Pricing Request' and 'Stock Availability', or click HERE to submit your query.

Tickets submitted under this title are automatically assigned to our Customer Service team, who will:

  • Email you with the latest information on the product’s availability

  • Suggest suitable product alternatives where possible
