Reporting Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products from Your Carlsberg Britvic Delivery

If your Carlsberg Britvic delivery includes damaged, missing, or incorrect items, reporting the issue is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to ensure the issue is properly logged and resolved.
At the Time of Delivery
- Inspect your order immediately upon arrival and report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the dray crew.
- Ensure all issues are recorded on the EPOD handheld device before signing to confirm receipt.
- The driver will update the system and, if applicable, return damaged or incorrect goods to the depot.
- Once the returned stock is received back at the depot (for damaged or incorrect items), a credit will be issued to your account for the value of those items.
After Delivery – Submitting a Credit Request
If you were unable to report the issue at the time of delivery, you can still request a credit through our Help Centre:
1. Click ‘Submit a request’ in the top right corner of your screen and select ‘Credit Requests & Uplifts’, or click here to get started.
2. Choose the appropriate reason:
- Items are damaged
- Items are missing
- Items delivered were incorrect
3. Provide as much detail as possible, including product names, quantities, and any supporting information. You may also upload a photo if the issue relates to damaged or incorrect goods.
Important Note
Once a delivery has been signed for, Carlsberg Britvic cannot accept responsibility for any unreported loss, damage, or discrepancies. We strongly recommend checking your delivery thoroughly before signing.
