I’m locked out of my Cockpit App account, what should I do?

For security reasons, your Cockpit App account will be locked if an incorrect password is entered too many times. This helps protect your account from unauthorised access.

If you’re locked out, don’t worry, help is available.

Why has my account been locked?

Your account may be locked if:

  • The wrong password has been entered multiple times

  • You were unsure of your password and continued to guess

Once locked, you won’t be able to sign in or reset your password yourself.

What to do if you’re locked out

If your account is locked, please contact our Online Support team via Live Chat.

Our advisors will:

  • Verify your details

  • Unlock your account

  • Help you regain access as quickly as possible

How to avoid being locked out in future

If you’re ever unsure of your password:

✅ Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen straight away

❌ Avoid repeated login attempts with guessed passwords

Resetting your password early is the quickest way to stay logged in and avoid account lockouts.
