How do I set up the Cockpit App?

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

1. Download the App

2. Register Your Cockpit User Account

Open the app and create a new Cockpit user account. Registration is easy and takes less than 3 minutes!

Have your 7-digit “SoldTo” account number handy (found on any Carlsberg Britivic invoice). If you don’t have one, reach out to us via our Live Chat. 

3. Verify Your Email Address

Enter your email address, and you'll receive a verification code via email. Once you've entered the code into the app, you'll be prompted to create a password for your Cockpit account.

4. Link to Your Carlsberg Britvic Online Account

The app will prompt you to connect to your Carlsberg Britvic online ordering account - input your SoldTo number and postcode of your premises.

5. Log In, Explore Features and Access Exclusive Content

Once registered and linked:

• View your order history, check upcoming deliveries, and access your account details.

• Enable reminders for order cut-offs to avoid missing deadlines 

• Browse 'Thirst', our digital brochure with promotions and engaging visual content
