If you’ve forgotten your password for the Cockpit App, you can easily reset it by following the steps below.
We strongly recommend resetting your password as soon as you realise you can’t remember it, rather than continuing to guess and risk locking yourself out.
Resetting your password
Open the Cockpit App.
On the Sign in screen, enter your email address.
Select Forgot your password?
You’ll be taken to a screen asking you to confirm your email address.
Select Send verification code.
Check your email for the verification code and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
Once your password has been reset, return to the sign-in screen and log in with your new details.
Locked out of your account?
For security reasons, if you enter your password incorrectly too many times, your account may become locked.
If this happens, please do not continue trying to sign in.
Instead, contact our Online Support team via Live Chat, who will be able to help you regain access to your account as quickly as possible.
