You will be given your delivery time window on your scheduled day. Please ensure someone is available on premises to receive the delivery during this time, unless you have completed a Leave on Premises Form (LOP Form).

Please have your empty casks/kegs/gas cylinders ready and stacked separately from any other suppliers’ kegs to make collection easier and quicker for the draymen.
If you have requested an uplift for any items, make sure they are clearly visible to the drivers to facilitate a swift pickup.
After your delivery is offloaded, and you are satisfied with the delivery and any uplift, you must sign the Smartpod device carried by the crew.
Before signing, please carefully check all best-before dates, sizes, and products to confirm everything is correct. Signing confirms that all relevant checks have been completed and that you are happy with your delivery. If there are any discrepancies, the driver must update the ePOD terminal before you sign.
You will then receive your Electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD) via email.
