What Does 'Leave on Premises' (LOP) Mean?
A 'leave on premises' delivery means our drivers will leave your goods in a safe, agreed location at your address—such as a loading bay, reception, or designated storage area—without needing you or your staff to be present to receive it.
How to Arrange a 'Leave on Premises' Delivery
To make sure your delivery is left exactly where you want it, please follow these simple steps:

Click the 'Submit a request' button at the top right of your screen on our Help Centre.
📝 Choose the Correct Option:
Select 'Request A Change To Your Delivery' > 'Leave on Premises Form'
🔎 Provide Full Details:
Tell us exactly where you want your delivery left (e.g., reception, side entrance, cellar door) and any access instructions that will help our drivers.
