Sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to help ensure your delivery arrives at a time that works for you.
Because our delivery vehicles operate in specific areas on set days, we can’t always guarantee a change, but we will always check to see if it’s possible!
Requesting a change is easy:
Simply click 'Submit a request' at the top right corner of your screen, then select "Account Changes" followed by either "Delivery Day Change Request" or "Time Window Change Request' or click here to get started.
Please provide as much detail as possible so we can quickly pass your request to your local depot and get back to you promptly.
