The clean-label plant-based drinks pioneer expands its oat drink range with zero sugar innovation.

  • Plenish Zero Sugar Oat M*lk is made using only water, gluten-free organic oats, plant-based calcium and salt

  • The launch responds to growing consumer concerns around sugar content in food and drink products, providing more choice

Plenish, the UK’s fastest-growing dairy alternatives brand1, has expanded its best-selling range of plant-based drinks with the launch of Plenish Zero Sugar Oat M*lk - made with only four naturally sourced ingredients, and the UK’s first zero sugar oat drink with neither oils or additives2.

Available exclusively at Waitrose, RRP £2.35 from Monday 13 October 2025, and online at plenishdrinks.com, Plenish Zero Sugar Oat M*lk is made using only water, gluten-free organic oats, plant-based calcium and salt. By not breaking down the oats into natural sugars like in most oat drinks, Plenish has created a zero sugar option, without compromising on creaminess or great taste.

This launch is perfectly placed to respond to growing consumer concerns around sugar intake from food and drink. Sugar content has become the leading health concern for consumers3, with sugar free products now driving growth ahead of core oat drinks.

Russell Goldman, Managing Director, Breakthrough Brands, at Carlsberg Britvic, said: “At Plenish we recognise the evolving concerns from consumers around making healthier choices, avoiding artificial ingredients, and reducing their sugar intake. It’s about expanding choice within our oat drink portfolio to meet evolving consumer needs. We want to make sure retailers are able to provide consumers with healthier alternatives to their favourite products, which is why we’ve ensured that Plenish Zero Sugar Oat M*lk delivers on the same delicious taste, texture, and trust that consumers love, with zero sugar and zero to hide.”

The launch continues Plenish’s expansion of its oat drinks range following the launch of Plenish Enriched Oat M*lk earlier this year - a fortified oat drink that delivers essential vitamins and minerals without compromising on ingredient transparency.

Plenish Zero Sugar Oat M*lk: Zero sugar. Zero to hide. Just 4 naturally sourced ingredients.
