If you need to change the email address where your delivery notes are sent, or add any additional email addresses, whether due to staffing changes, an updated system, or simply a preference, we’re here to help.

How to Request an Email Address Change
To update the email address associated with your delivery notes, or to add an additional email address, please contact our Customer Service Team.

💻 Submit a request:
Click 'Submit a request' at the top right corner of your screen, and select 'Manage Your Account Details' and 'Update Epod/Delivery Note Email Address', or click here to get started.
