Common Delivery Issues We Can Help With:

  • Your order hasn’t arrived when expected

  • Items are missing or incorrect

  • Goods are damaged 

  • Short-dated stock

  • You've had stock delivered that you didn't order

What to Do if Something’s Gone Wrong

We’ve made it simple for you to report any delivery issues:

💻 Step 1: Get in Touch
Click the "Submit a request" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

📝 Step 2: Choose the Right Category
Select 'Credit Requests & Uplifts' or click here to get started.

🔍 Step 3: Give Us the Details
The more information you can provide, the faster we can help. Please include:

  • Your account number

  • Delivery date

  • Order number

When providing the details of the delivery issue, you also have the option to upload a photo, which can help our Customer Service Team in their investigations.
