Need to Cancel an Online Order? Here’s How

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order you’ve placed. With Carlsberg Britvic Online Ordering, cancelling an order is quick and easy — and you can do it directly through the website.

How to Cancel Your Order
If you need to cancel an order you've already placed:

💻Log in to your Carlsberg Britvic Online Ordering account.

🔎Go to the 'Order History' tab in the navigation menu.

📝Find the order you wish to cancel — eligible orders will have an 'Actions' button next to them.

🖱️Click 'Actions' and 'Cancel Order', then confirm when prompted.

Once cancelled, the order will no longer be processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know it’s been successfully cancelled.

Please note: 
Orders can only be cancelled before your order cut-off time.

If the 'Cancel Order' button isn’t available, the order may already be in progress — in this case, please contact Online Support via the Live Chat for assistance.
