WELCOME TO BROOKLYN
Our namesake borough runs on the creative energy of the many communities it contains. We brew to support these vibrant people, in our neighbourhood and around the world.
Brooklyn Lager is amber-gold in colour and displays a firm malt centre supported by a refreshing bitterness and floral hop aroma. Caramel malts show in the finish. The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by “dry-hopping”, the centuries-old practice of steeping the beer with fresh hops as it undergoes a long, cold maturation. The result is a wonderfully flavourful beer, smooth, refreshing and very versatile with food.

Everything we brew, create and do soaks up the spirit of our namesake borough. We proudly showcase our birthplace of Brooklyn, NY.
